About Valoir
Founded by TwinsValoir is a boutique, owner-managed property company offering premium furnished apartments across Prime Central London — in some of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods, from Marylebone and Bayswater to Kensington, Earls Court and Notting Hill. We don't simply let homes; we own, design and care for every one of them.
We are built on a simple belief: that where you live shapes how you live. Every home we offer is one we would live in ourselves — chosen for its architecture, its light and its feeling, and looked after with the attentiveness of a host rather than an agency. Ours is a small, dedicated team devoted to the homes we curate and the people who inhabit them.

Maria
Maria is a co-founder of Valoir Ltd. Together with Anna, she created a boutique, international letting agency built on a genuine understanding of the property market.
At Valoir, Maria oversees compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring the business operates to the highest professional standards. She also works closely with prospective landlords, offering practical advice and support. As a landlord herself, Maria brings first-hand experience and insight into the needs of property owners.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys playing tennis with her partner and is a Formula 1 fan.

Anna
Anna is a co-founder of Valoir Ltd, driven by a genuine passion for matching tenants with their perfect home.
Her commitment to a better letting experience is deeply personal. During her university years, Anna rented herself and experienced first-hand the frustration of slow-responding, impersonal agencies. That experience became the foundation for Valoir — a boutique agency built on accessibility, warmth, and a real commitment to every client.
Anna's background in hospitality has shaped her philosophy: treat every tenant as a guest, with the attentiveness and care that creates lasting trust. She brings that same approach to every landlord and tenant relationship at Valoir, ensuring that no one is left waiting or feeling like just another enquiry.
Outside of work, you'll find Anna on the tennis court with Maria, or on the Pilates mat — both keeping her sharp and energised for the demands of running a growing business.
